Capabilities:
CHF can manufacture a wide variety of fasteners. We specialize in weld studs but are not limited to them. We make standard screws and deviations of the same. We have local heat-treating and plating services available for most requirements. We can head, thread, slot, shave, and roll form.
We can provide SPC, P-PAPS, and have tracing ability of all materials used in our manufacturing operations.
Specialty Capabilities:
We make specials in ARC welding also. Gas ARC and Drawn ARC inclusive. We can also do collar studs, shoulder studs, straight pins and studs with full or partial threads.
Raw Materials:
Standard materials used are mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In addition to these we also have and can manufacture from: titanium, brass, bronze, steel, carbon, stainless steel, and more.
Facilities:
CHF has 10 cold heading machines that range from 3/8" to 1/8". We have multi die and single die machines.
In our thread rolling department we have 6 automatic thread rollers which range from
1/16" to 1/2" with hand and tube feeding equipment.
Cleaning and deburring of our fasteners is done on site.
We have a complete machine shop to modify and produce tooling.
